At NutriOwn, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders reach you safely, securely, and on time. As a brand committed to health and well-being, we understand the importance of timely delivery, especially when it comes to products related to your personal care and nutrition. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, packed, and delivered.
1. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across most parts of India, covering metro cities, Tier 1, Tier 2, and select Tier 3 towns. We are consistently working with our logistics partners to expand our delivery network and reach every corner of the country.
⚠️ At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped within India.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 business hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- No processing or dispatches occur on Sundays and National Holidays.
Once your order is processed, it is securely packed and handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote/Rural Locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that these timelines are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as:
- Weather conditions
- Transportation strikes
- Courier availability
- Public holidays
- COVID or other regulatory restrictions
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the status in real time.
4. Shipping Charges
We strive to offer transparent and minimal shipping costs:
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹699 (excluding taxes, COD fees, discounts, and promotions).
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹699.
- In certain remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery surcharges may apply. These will be clearly communicated during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped, even if the order is canceled or returned later.
5. COD & Convenience Charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes and may incur an additional COD handling fee.
- A convenience fee may be levied depending on the product, location, or size of the order. This charge helps us maintain a smooth and efficient delivery experience and is unrelated to standard shipping charges.
All applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
6. Packaging & Safety
All NutriOwn products are packed with utmost care in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant packaging to maintain product integrity. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped, and liquid-based products are sealed tightly to avoid spillage.
Our packaging process complies with hygiene and safety norms, especially for consumable products.
7. Delivery & Tracking
After your order is shipped:
- You will receive the courier name and tracking number via SMS/email.
- You can also log into your NutriOwn account and check the “My Orders” section for real-time tracking updates.

8. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)
- Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable during all three attempts, your package will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- RTO orders can be reshipped upon confirmation from your end, and additional delivery charges may apply.
📱Please ensure your mobile number is correct to enable smooth communication with the delivery partner.
9. Address Change or Modification
Address changes can only be accommodated if:
- The order has not yet been shipped.
- The new address is serviceable by our courier partners.
- Any changes in shipping charges/taxes will be borne by the customer.
Please reach out to our support team immediately after placing your order for any changes.
10. Delivery Confirmation via OTP (One-Time Password)
To ensure secure delivery, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number when the order is out for delivery. Kindly:
- Share the OTP only when the delivery agent is physically present.
- Do not share the OTP over the phone or in advance.
NutriOwn is not responsible for any loss/damage due to misuse of OTP.
11. Hidden Charges
We believe in full price transparency:
- There are no hidden costs.
- All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
- Any additional charges (shipping, COD, convenience fees) will be displayed before final payment.
12. Shipping Delays or Unforeseen Issues
While we strive to fulfill every delivery within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Examples include:
- Natural disasters
- Political disturbances
- Local lockdowns
- Third-party courier delays
In such cases, our customer support will proactively update you and help reschedule deliveries if needed.
13. Partial Shipments
In rare scenarios, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments, especially if:
- Some items are sourced from different warehouses
- One or more items require special handling
You will be notified via email/SMS if your order is being split.
14. Undelivered Packages
In cases where:
- The address is incorrect/incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable
- Delivery is refused without reason
The package will be returned to us. You can request a re-delivery by contacting support. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
15. Order Cancellations (After Shipment)
If you choose to cancel the order after dispatch, please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- COD and convenience fees are also non-refundable
- You must reject the package upon delivery for us to process the cancellation
